Foreness Waterski Club

In May 2004 we secured the lease for the "Old Cafe" and after a hard winter's work, opened our clubhouse facility. This includes social room, kitchen, bar, showers, changing rooms, toilets, etc which are all suitable for children. The club also has a tractor for launching boats which is operated by a club member every weekend in the summer.  It is situated right on the waterski zone, with a fantastic view of the bay area. To make life easier, we have a boat wash area so the hard work can be done before you get too carried away with a nice cold drink and a beautiful sunset. We also have a great patio area for BBQ's and just lazing around in the sun, look in the gallery for the pics! 

The club members organise lots of days out to the Margate Sands and along the coast to Ramsgate and Sandwich, with many boats taking part, these are a few of the ways to enjoy the Kent coastline.

The club facilities include:

• Tractor launching and recovery for all states of the tide.

• Two showers for member's use, for showering and rinsing wetsuits.

• There are 2 changing rooms available for member's use.

• Fully stocked bar with temporary events license for the club event days.

• The club has amplef parking for member's with parking permits. There is also plenty of room for boat parking.
• The toilets have baby changing facilities.

• The club has a variety of inflatables and toys available for member's use including a six-man banana, a parachute, an eight-man ringo, spare ski's and wakeboards.

• There is a boat washing and engine flushing area specifically for the use of club member's after you have recovered your boat.

• The club house has a fully functional kitchen which is available to use.

• The positioning of the club gives easy access to the slipway any time of any day.

• Patio area with tables and chairs, external heaters and gas BBQ for members use.
